I explored the teacher pages on Brookshire Elementary School's website , which is where I went to elementary school, and found information aimed at keeping students and parents informed. Each teacher's page typically includes details like class schedules, homework assignments, and links to educational resources. Many pages also feature announcements about upcoming events and classroom activities, which help foster a sense of community among parents and guardians. However, access to more specific information, such as grades and personalized student feedback, is likely restricted to those with login privileges.

In my teaching career, I envision leveraging technology to streamline my professional responsibilities and enhance student learning. I plan to use tools like Canvas for managing assignments and facilitating communication, as it allows for easy sharing of resources and feedback. Additionally, platforms like Canva will enable me to create engaging graphics for students and parents. Utilizing these tools will not only save time but also promote a more interactive and collaborative classroom environment.

My experience with the Canvas group tool while working on Assignment 2 was a mix of positive and challenging aspects. I appreciated the ability to collaborate  with my peers, utilizing Canvas and creating new "pages" together. However, I found the navigation somewhat confusing, which made it difficult to keep track of various threads and updates. If I were to recommend a different tool, I would suggest using google docs, as it offers a more intuitive interface and integrates well with other productivity applications, making group collaboration more efficient.
